Cyber Security Consultant

For 25 years we deliver solutions for large Financial Institutions, Telecom companies, Utilities & Governmental Organizations and Multinationals in EMEA.  We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and driven Cyber Security Consultant to help our customers protect their critical information and ensure the continuity of their business. The Senior Cyber Security Consultant is responsible for the conduct and successful completion of Cyber Security consultancy projects regarding the following topics: Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management, Risk Assessment, Information Classification, Security Awareness, Compliance with EU & Greek Information Security Regulatory Frameworks, Compliance with International standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, GDPR. This includes the design, the documentation and assisting the customers in the implementation, to achieve the effective implementation of the above-mentioned Services, as well as to achieve compliance with the standards.

 

Requirements

  • Undertaking tasks in consultancy projects related but not limited to Management Systems, Risk Assessment, Information Classification, Security Awareness Compliance, ISO/IEC 2700x, PCI-DSS, ISO 22301, GDPR
  • Assess clients against a wide variety of security and compliance frameworks including, GDPR, ISO/27001/2, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.
  • Lead customer risk management engagements formalized risk analysis engagements and developed recommendations for remediating risk and compliance gaps
  • Conduct document reviews and interviews against compliance requirements and best practices
  • Author deliverable reports
  • Gaining familiarity with the technical solutions and being able to integrate this knowledge with the management system consultancy
  • Supporting the standardization activities
  • Transferring the knowledge achieved through the implementation of previous management systems to other, not familiar management system implementations
  • Be a part of the innovation hub and develop templates, frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures that would assist in quality delivery of upcoming projects
  • Assist in pre-sales activities by explaining ADACOM’s Information Resilience and Cyber Security's service offerings, scoping projects and developing time and cost estimates, and writing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Conduct pre-sales and assessment activities remotely and on-site with clients
  • Support marketing by leading security research and development efforts and conducting presentations for clients and at security conferences
  • Follow up, escalate, and participate in solving problems, where needed

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in an IT-related subject and specialization or MSc degree in Information Security
  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience
  • Experience in the Implementation of Management Systems, Risk Assessment, Information Classification, Security Awareness, Compliance
  • Experience as being involved in the implementation of at least 2 of the following standards: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, GDPR
  • Postgraduate Degree in ICT or Information Security will be considered a plus
  • A certification as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, will be considered a strong plus
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and activities
  • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new methodologies
  • Able to utilize creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Technical writing skills (including articles, demonstrations, reports, and technical blogs)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Advanced command of English (additional language will be considered as a plus)
  • Ability to self-organize his/her time and reach deadlines
