Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager specializing in the cyber security industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing key client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This position requires a target-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales within the cyber security or tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain and expand existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively address client concerns and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client relationships
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue from each account and align them with our cyber security solutions
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts in a timely manner
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and position our solutions effectively
  • Forecast Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline development, and sales forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on progress toward goals
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and seamless experience for clients


 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a successful Account Manager in the cyber security or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of cyber security solutions and technology trends
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a target-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
