In this role, you will be responsible for leading marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and implementing campaigns that align with our business goals. As a key player, you will manage various marketing activities, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure our brand is well-positioned in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Lead content creation, campaign management, and market research initiatives
- Drive lead generation efforts through innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitoring the success of marketing initiatives through KPIs and analytics, making adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on goals
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows to increase brand visibility
- Collaborating with web developers to maintain and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date and aligned with SEO best practices
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally within IT industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- A creative mindset with a results-driven approach
