ADACOM in collaboration with Microsoft, hosted a unique and successful event on December 17 at the historic Queen Amalia's Tower, titled “Modernizing Enterprise Security: Advanced Data Protection and Governance.” The event provided participants with the opportunity to explore the latest developments in cybersecurity and data governance strategies, as well as the challenges businesses will face in 2025 and beyond.

Νikitas Kladakis, General Manager, and Panagiotis Sotiriou, Cyber Security Director at ADACOM, presented the key challenges in cybersecurity and the major threat trends for 2025. They focused on the need for strategies tailored to the evolving threats and new challenges in the digital era. Through their presentations, attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of the future of digital security and the importance of business preparedness for emerging threats.
Data Protection and Governance in the Era of AI with Microsoft Purview
From Microsoft, Achilleas Raptis, Sr. Partner Technology Strategist for Southeast Europe, shared his insights on managing and securing data in the AI era with Microsoft Purview. He explained how Microsoft Purview can help businesses address data leak risks, providing robust capabilities for detecting, preventing and managing sensitive information, ensuring comprehensive protection at all levels of the organization.
A Unique Experience at Queen Amalia's Tower
Participants also enjoyed a unique experience, with a tour of Queen Amalia's Tower and wine tasting from own farm’s production. The atmosphere was filled with knowledge and the moments shared were memorable, creating an excellent opportunity for networking and learning.
